Report a Violation of Intellectual Property Rights
Beatport respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that another party is infringing on your copyrighted work, you may file a copyright claim by completing the form below. You may also mail a valid copyright notice, with all the required information (as identified below) to the following address: Beatport, LLC, Attn: Copyright Agent, 3461 Ringsby Court, Suite 150, Denver, Colorado 80216. Beatport may choose to terminate any customers or suppliers who are viewed as repeat offenders of its copyright policy.

All claims must be filed by the copyright owner or an agent authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.
